What if your bid could change a LIFE forever?
We are doubly blessed tonight with two incredible framed prints from renowned artists Mia Lang and John Dumas! Bid high, bid often, and remember — every dollar goes to help save babies and support moms. Let’s make this a night where art meets generosity in the most life-giving way!

Mia Lang is an emerging Catholic artist and undergraduate at the University of Florida, studying psychology with a focus on behavioral and cognitive neuroscience. A 2023 Arts for Life! visual arts scholarship recipient and graduate of Bishop Moore Catholic High School, she works in charcoal, graphite, and oil to create sacred art that inspires prayer and reflection.
Her work has been exhibited at the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami, the Knights of Columbus Museum in Connecticut, Orlando CityArts Gallery, and the National Eucharistic Congress in Indiana. Mia was the featured artist at the JMJ Ambassador’s FOR LIFE Gala two years ago, and by popular demand, will debut a new piece at this year’s gala — with the first copy of the original, signed by the artist, to be auctioned for the benefit of JMJ Pregnancy Center.

Title: None Are Burdens
Artist: Mia Lang
Description:
None Are Burdens is a powerful and joy-filled print by artist Mia Lang, celebrating the dignity and beauty of every child. Measuring 28 by 22 inches, this artwork captures the radiant smile of a young girl with Down syndrome, framed by affirming words that speak truth: “All Are Loved, All Bring Joy, None Are Burdens.”
Presented in a solid oak frame with a warm light brown finish, the piece is enhanced with a subtle blue matte that draws out the richness of the colors. For lasting preservation, it is protected by conservation UV glass and museum-quality, acid-free mat.
This striking piece is more than art. It is a testimony to love, joy, and the inherent worth of every person. Created as a response to countries like Iceland that claim to be “eliminating” Down syndrome through abortion, it boldly proclaims a different truth: children with Down syndrome are not problems to be solved, but lives filled with purpose, beauty, and joy. This artwork invites every viewer to see what is real: every child is a gift, and none are burdens.
John Dumas was born in Vermont and has called Florida home for most of his life. A graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, he founded Dumas Art Services in Winter Park and quickly became known for his bold creativity and collaborative spirit. From vibrant murals to fine art paintings, John’s work has traveled the world — but his most celebrated pieces are found in his acclaimed sacred art collection, where timeless faith and contemporary design meet in breathtaking harmony.
His clients range from the Orlando Museum of Art and Universal Studios to Walt Disney World, Tupperware International, and the Orlando Opera Company. John brings the same energy and joy to his sacred art that he does to every project, inspiring awe, sparking conversation, and inviting people into beauty. Passionate about helping artists think outside the box, he shows how creativity, fun, and collaboration can fuel both a career and a calling.
